The Cook County Assessors Office is responsible for determining fair assessments on all residential, commercial and industrial property in Cook County. Each parcel is reassessed once every three years. The Assessors Office also administers a variety of exemptions providing relief to Senior citizens and all Cook County Homeowners, as well as incentives encouraging development throughout Cook County.
